Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing times may vary based on order size, product availability, and whether the order involves custom formulations or items requiring extended production lead times. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking or shipment details once your order has been dispatched.

For bulk orders, custom formulations, or private-label products, processing and lead times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may differ from standard timelines.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times

All orders are shipped within the United States. Shipment method is determined based on order size, weight, product type, and destination.

Standard parcel shipments are sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other major carriers with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days from the date the order is processed. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

Bulk, wholesale, and large-format orders may be shipped via freight or LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers. Transit times for freight shipments vary based on destination, carrier scheduling, and shipment size, and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation or upon dispatch.

Please note that carriers may experience delays during holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather conditions, or due to other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping delays do not automatically entitle buyers to a refund, credit, or cancellation.

Shipping Providers

Orders are shipped from New Jersey, USA using the following carriers, among others:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Regional and national freight carriers (for bulk and LTL shipments)

Carrier selection is determined by NovaLife Nutriments based on order requirements and may not be specified by the buyer unless agreed upon in writing prior to order confirmation.

Tracking

All parcel shipments include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed to you automatically once the shipment leaves the warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

For freight and LTL shipments, a bill of lading (BOL) number and carrier contact information will be provided upon dispatch. Freight tracking availability and update frequency may vary by carrier.

Preorders and Extended Lead Time Items

Certain products may be offered on a preorder basis or may require extended lead times due to raw material sourcing, manufacturing schedules, or production capacity. If you purchase a preorder or extended lead time item:

  • Your payment secures your allocation in the production or procurement schedule

  • Estimated availability and shipping dates will be communicated at the time of order where practicable

  • Your order will ship once inventory has been received, inspected, and released at our facility

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the full order may ship together once all items are available. If you require in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Shipping delays for preorder or extended lead time items do not automatically entitle buyers to a refund or credit. For full terms governing preorders and delayed fulfillment, please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase, including any suite numbers, loading dock instructions, receiving hours, or delivery-specific details required for commercial locations. NovaLife Nutriments is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer or by the carrier after the shipment has been tendered.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, NovaLife Nutriments is not responsible for reshipping the product at no cost. We may issue a credit or refund for the product value (less original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees), provided the product is returned in its original, resalable condition. Alternatively, we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee.

Inspection Upon Delivery

All shipments should be inspected promptly upon receipt. For orders shipped via freight or LTL carriers, the buyer is responsible for examining the shipment for visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy at the time of delivery and noting any such conditions on the carrier's delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing for acceptance.

Signing for a freight delivery without notation of damage or discrepancy constitutes acceptance of the shipment in apparent good condition. Failure to note issues at the time of delivery may affect the buyer's ability to file a freight claim and may limit our ability to process a replacement, credit, or other resolution.

Lost or Missing Shipments

In the event that a shipment is lost or goes missing in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. However, NovaLife Nutriments cannot guarantee replacement or refund for shipments lost by the carrier, as carrier liability is governed by the carrier's own terms, tariffs, and policies.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, NovaLife Nutriments is not responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery. If your shipment cannot be located after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at support@novalifeventures.com within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or discrepancy, along with applicable shipping documentation (such as the bill of lading or delivery receipt), before issuing a replacement or credit. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you accept responsibility for any return shipping or freight charges incurred. Refused shipments that are lost or damaged during the return process are not eligible for refund, credit, or replacement. We recommend accepting the shipment and contacting us to initiate a return if needed.

Storage and Handling Requirements

Certain products supplied by NovaLife Nutriments may have specific storage, handling, or temperature requirements to maintain quality, efficacy, and compliance with applicable regulatory standards. Storage and handling guidelines, where applicable, will be included on product labels, Certificates of Analysis (COA), specification sheets, or other documentation provided with the shipment.

NovaLife Nutriments is not responsible for product degradation, loss of efficacy, or quality issues resulting from improper storage, handling, or environmental exposure after delivery.

Shipping Charges

All shipping and freight charges are calculated based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation for freight shipments.

All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment error is determined to be the direct result of an error by NovaLife Nutriments.

International Shipping

Currently, NovaLife Nutriments ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping capabilities may be added in the future. For inquiries regarding international sourcing or distribution, please contact us directly.
