Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within the United States via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other major parcel and freight carriers as determined by order size, weight, and destination. Estimated delivery time for standard parcel shipments is 3 to 7 business days from the date the order is processed. Orders shipped via freight or LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers may require extended transit times and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. NovaLife Nutriments is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer or by the carrier after the shipment has been tendered.

In the event that a shipment is lost or goes missing in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. However, NovaLife Nutriments cannot guarantee replacement or refund for shipments lost by the carrier, as carrier liability is governed by the carrier's own terms and policies.

Inspection Upon Delivery

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. For orders shipped via freight or LTL carriers, the buyer is responsible for examining the shipment for visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy and noting any such conditions on the carrier's delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing for acceptance. Failure to note damage or discrepancy at the time of delivery may affect the buyer's ability to file a freight claim and may limit our ability to process a replacement or credit.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at support@novalifeventures.com within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or discrepancy, along with relevant documentation such as the bill of lading or delivery receipt, before issuing a replacement, credit, or other resolution.

All shipping and freight charges are non-refundable unless the shipment error or damage is determined to be the direct result of an error by NovaLife Nutriments.

Quality Claims and Disputes

If you believe a product does not conform to the applicable Certificate of Analysis (COA), product specifications, or purchase order requirements, you must notify us in writing at support@novalifeventures.com within 14 days of delivery, providing the following:

  • Order number and product identification (lot number, batch number, or SKU)

  • A detailed description of the nonconformity or defect

  • Photographic or laboratory evidence supporting the claim, if available

  • The COA or specification against which the product is being measured

NovaLife Nutriments will review all quality claims promptly and in good faith. Resolution may include, at our sole discretion, replacement product, account credit, or refund for the affected portion of the order. We reserve the right to request return of the product or a representative sample for independent testing and verification prior to issuing any resolution.

Quality claims submitted after the 14-day notification window may not be honored. Products that have been further processed, blended, repackaged, or incorporated into finished goods are not eligible for quality claims unless the nonconformity could not reasonably have been detected prior to use.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, including perishable ingredients, items with limited shelf life, custom formulations, and products manufactured or packaged to buyer specifications, NovaLife Nutriments maintains a limited return policy.

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery by contacting support@novalifeventures.com

  • The product is unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued by NovaLife Nutriments prior to return shipment

  • The product is returned at the buyer's expense unless the return is due to an error by NovaLife Nutriments

Unauthorized returns (those shipped without an RMA number) may be refused at our discretion. Products received without prior authorization may not be eligible for credit, refund, or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit:

  • Products that have been opened, partially used, repackaged, or altered in any way

  • Custom formulations, private-label products, or items manufactured to buyer specifications

  • Products with limited shelf life that have exceeded their recommended storage window

  • Items purchased on promotional, volume-discounted, or clearance terms, unless defective or nonconforming

  • Sample or trial-size products provided at no charge or at reduced cost

Recurring Supply Orders and Refunds

By entering into a recurring supply arrangement with NovaLife Nutriments, you authorize recurring charges at the interval established at the time of order until the arrangement is canceled or modified.

Refunds are not available on recurring supply renewal orders. Once a recurring order has been placed, it is considered a final sale. This includes all orders beyond your initial purchase.

To adjust quantities, modify delivery schedules, or cancel a recurring supply arrangement, please contact us at support@novalifeventures.com. Changes must be communicated before the next scheduled billing date to take effect for the upcoming cycle. Once a recurring order has been charged, that order is a final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

It is the buyer's responsibility to manage recurring supply arrangements. NovaLife Nutriments does not cancel recurring arrangements retroactively for orders that have already been processed.

Payment Disputes

If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first at support@novalifeventures.com and we will work to resolve it promptly. Most billing questions can be resolved through direct communication.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting NovaLife Nutriments may delay resolution and may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. All orders are placed under the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase. We encourage you to reach out directly so we can address any concerns efficiently.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered fulfillment, production, or shipping. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@novalifeventures.com immediately after placing it. If the order has not yet entered fulfillment or production, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

For orders involving custom formulations, private-label products, or items manufactured to buyer specifications, cancellation may not be available once production has commenced. Cancellation eligibility for such orders will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Recurring supply cancellations may be submitted at any time by contacting us at support@novalifeventures.com. To stop the next scheduled shipment, the cancellation must be communicated before the next billing date. Once a renewal order has been charged, it is a final sale and is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

By placing an order with NovaLife Nutriments, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms outlined in this policy.

Preorders and Extended Lead Time Items

Certain products may be offered on a preorder basis or may require extended lead times due to sourcing, production, or manufacturing schedules. Such items will be identified where practicable at the time of order.

By placing a preorder or ordering an extended lead time item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Payment may be collected at the time the order is placed unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Shipping, production, and fulfillment dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to raw material sourcing, manufacturing schedules, logistics, regulatory requirements, or other factors outside our reasonable control

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund only prior to shipment, unless otherwise stated at the time of order. Once a preorder has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy. In certain circumstances, preorders may not be eligible for cancellation once production, blending, or fulfillment preparation has begun.

Shipping delays for preorder items do not automatically entitle buyers to a refund or credit. The return window for preorder items begins on the date of delivery, not the date the order was placed.

Duplicate Orders

NovaLife Nutriments is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to review order details and confirmation before completing checkout. Duplicate orders that have been processed and shipped are subject to the standard return policy and are not automatically eligible for a refund.

Undelivered or Returned-to-Sender Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, NovaLife Nutriments is not responsible for reshipping the product at no cost. We may issue a credit or refund for the product value (less original shipping and any applicable restocking fees), provided the product is returned in its original, resalable condition. Alternatively, we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee.

This policy does not apply to refused shipments. If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you accept responsibility for any return shipping or freight charges incurred. Refused shipments that are lost or damaged during the return process are not eligible for refund, credit, or replacement.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect all orders upon receipt. If your product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at support@novalifeventures.com within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect, along with applicable shipping documentation, before processing a replacement or credit. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@novalifeventures.com.

Agreement

By placing an order with NovaLife Nutriments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
